How do I book?

Can I turn up and pay on the day?
Activities are payable in advance, and spaces are limited. You can drop in and pay at Reception but pre-booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

What is the age range?
Tenterden PlayZone is suitable for babies and children up to 12 years
What should I wear?
Socks and suitable clothing must be worn in the soft play.
Are refreshments available?
Our café provides a range of and cold drinks, hot food, sandwiches and snacks.
How many adults can accompany children to soft play?
Space in the seating area is limited, so we ask that no more than 2 adults per family accompany their children please
